The expected ovulation is based on the average menstrual cycle you have entered in settings. The calculation model is simple: The beginning of the ovulation is equal to the length of your cycle minus 18 days, while the end of ovulation is equal to the length of your cycle minus 10 days. This method is NOT bullet proof, and even though you use this method, you can NOT be sure, that you wont get pregnant.

It is up to you alone to decide, if this calculation model is suitable for you.

Women without a stable menstrual cycle should not even consider using this calculation model.

Women with a menstrual cycle less than 26 days or more than 32 days should not even consider using this calculation model.
